The Ipliers are a group of headmates who are all sourced, in some way or another, from Markiplier's content. Some are very clearly "egos", Markiplier's term for the characters he has created that are all (or mostly all) played by him, while others are 'mixtives' of Markiplier and another source, or directly sourced from specific bits of content about or by him. Ipliers tend to be more positive; even the most darkly-inclined of them still do their best to uplift the folks around them in their darkest moments, so long as they have not been overcome by some of that darkness themselves.
The majority of the Ipliers live in the Voib, but some live in the Youtube Headquarters (including Mark Fischbach himself) and a few are spread across other layers, making friends with the residents there and supporting those around them.
